Hours: Approx. 2-4 hours a month Meetings: Approx. 4 formal board meetings throughout the year, 1 AGM and additional Directors meetings as and when required. Carr-Bridge Ahead Ltd – Minute SecretaryCarr-Bridge Ahead Ltd is looking to appoint a Minute Secretary This is one of 2 Honorary positions supporting the Board of Directors of the Community Company and attracts a stipend for each meeting, paid in arrears. Ordinarily, the Board meets every 2 months. The Annual General Meeting is usually in October each year and from time to time there may be Extraordinary General Meetings.
