Tucked away in a quiet village lane in its own private garden, overlooking mature woodland of birch, rowan and pine trees. Roe deer, red squirrel and birds, can all be observed from the sun deck. Forest and riverside walks can all be enjoyed from the door, as can local hotels, restaurants, pubs and village shops.

Our standard of fixtures and fittings are very high and well maintained. The cottage will be warm , and thoroughly cleaned, for your arrival. A welcome tray of tea and biscuits will be waiting, we will even light the fire for you if required.

The centrally heated accommodation comprises of one double bedroom with en suite shower room and one twin bedroom. There is a family bathroom with shower over bath, fully equuiped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave etc, utility room with washing machine and ironing facilities etc.

The open plan living/dining area with open fire (first supply of logs free) has French doors opening onto the decking area and is well equipped with Sky Tv (Film Package) video player cd, cassette and radio. Outside there is ample parking for two cars and the garden is well stocked with furniture and eqipped with a BBQ for outdoor relaxing and dining.

Weekly Rentals:- Arrival Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am departure.
Off-season three and four day breaks can be available.
Electricity by meter reading.
